What better way to start out the New Year than spending a day with friends baking new recipes in my Wolf Appliances! That’s exactly what I did recently with two dear foodie friends. We tried out four focaccia recipes and had a great time! There was plenty for each of us to take home to enjoy later. We topped the Ligurian Focaccica with carmelized onions and olive oil. We topped the Focaccia di Recco with only course salt then when serving we topped it with olive oil and honey. Each recipe was different, and all four were equally delicious. I can’t wait for our next group cooking adventure!
